iPWC appoints Liz Porteous to drive Business Relocation and Transition Management services
Liz has a wealth of experience delivering strategic workplace, business relocation and transition management projects for major clients such as the BBC and Network Rail.
Liz specialises in working with all client stakeholders to define, develop and lead the delivery of projects whether the project is a simple office move or a complex business relocation. She has a successful track record of leading and delivering transition (change) management activities for high profile clients. Her approach means that the relocation programme has minimal impact on day to day client operations and by working closely with business leaders and support functions including IT, FM and 3rd parties, delivers a successful outcome.
Whilst working at the BBC, Liz was responsible for leading the delivery of critical migration and relocation project activities (c 500 staff per month) across all BBC London sites. Many of these were challenging due to the 24 hour live broadcast environments and linked to the major development projects undertaken such as Broadcasting House, Television Centre and the Media Centre developments.
More recently Liz has been responsible for the Transition and Relocation Management of Network Rail staff across the UK. These included the London Waterloo development project, the relocation from The Mailbox to Bickerstaff House in Birmingham and Bristol Temple Point.
So if you are considering a relocation project be sure to make contact.
