MMU Transition Management
Coordination and execution of transition management services to deliver a seamless relocation experience for key University departments
We were commissioned by the Estates, Facilities & Capital Development team at Manchester Metropolitan University to lead the change management programme to move circa 200 senior professional services personnel to new a new state of the art workplace (Bridgewater House) in the heart of Manchester.
Furthermore, we were then instructed to lead the transition management of the Vice-Chancellor and his senior team to a prestigious newly refurbished grade II listed office accommodation (Ormond).
The outcome of nine months of methodical and meticulous engagement with a wide range of influential stakeholders at the university saw the successful transition to new, modern collaborative workplace environments that allowed staff to work efficiently and effectively from the moment they arrived.
