iPWC are delighted to have been appointed by Network Rail to lead the workplace and working practices transformation within the Western Route Headquarters in Swindon.
Commencing early in 2017, iPWC will work alongside Network Rail Workplace Management and the Western Route operational teams to define the workplace design to support agile working. Throughout this programme iPWC will also deliver transition management activities to facilitate the necessary change in workplace behaviours and minimise the disruption to the Route operations during the many phases of the migration plan.
